You will have a very difficult time assembling your own computer if several components get in the way of each other.

Your computer is using more processing power which increase the heat of the CPU. The fan blows hard to cool the CPU. This is normal.

You probably have a variable speed cpu fan. They are designed to run faster when the cpu is under a heavy work load so it doesn't overheat.

You probably have a temperature sensor that speeds up the fan if the temperature rises on your CPU. Your CPU may be getting hot during heavy stress.. You need to make sure all your vents are open, blow out any dust & debris that has built up on your fans or vents. Use a can of compresed air. Take a pencil & gently wedge the fan blades so the air flow from the compressed air can won't spin them.

You'r computer is busted. To fix this, unscrew the pc(Thus, your warranty is off,)and clean all dust WITHOUT: touching peanut-looking things getting your hands dry removing anything leaving it out in the sun

The fan is working hard to cool your system. I would check out the fans to make sure they all are working properly. Also consider installing another case fan if you have the space. An overheated processor won't last long. If nothing else take the side off the case to allow more air flow.
