Since you already have the network its easy.Just share the printer on the computer its connected to. Start>Control Panel>Printers right click on the printer icon and scroll to share. Go to your other computer and go to printers . There will be a menu to add printer. When the interface comes up click "add network printer" It will look for shared printers on the network. just click on the printer and add it. Then go to the new printer icon (on 2nd computer) and scroll to "make default". Do this for all other computers. Then anytime you print something it will print on the network printer.

I assume you are talking about a combined and network ready machine, you give no details. If this is the case you need to load the software on each PC, at some stage it will ask for the ip address of the printer, you enter this and give it a name and you are done. If you mean an individual printer It needs to be installed to 1 PC nor mally, then you right click it in the printers folder and set sharing. For standard scanners you can not readily share them, this requires dedicated software, unless connected to a Linux machine, which has inbuilt scanner sharing. Connecting a computer is a case of using the network setup wizard and giving the machine a unique single word name, then a workgroup name which needs to be the same on each machine. If you have a router for the Internet connection, this should automate the IP addressing of the machines. Otherwise you need to set individual network addresses, a good legal private group is 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254, with a netmask of 255.255.255.0.
