Faith - Everything requires faith, putting one step in front of the other, driving to work, even breathing requires faith, so here you are and the year is almost over. Business is busy, but you are already considering the up and coming year. You started out with so much faith. You had this great idea and now you are beginning to wonder if it is time for something new, before you give up think about the following.

So how about going back to the basics, take a business decisions inventory, make a list of what has worked for your business, and what hasn't. Maybe it is time to go back to the things that worked, back to the basics of business. Have you cut too many corners?? The places where you are cutting back, have they saved you enough money over the years that it has been beneficial to you or your customers?? Have you cut back in places where your employees and customers are suffering?

Have you cut out a Christmas party or a company BBQ, just to save money? Have you cut out Christmas bonuses? Have you replaced your receptionist with a touch computer, have you removed what was personal about your business? Then it is time to rethink where you are at. Don't adapt the worlds thinking "they will just have to get used to it" you will be wealthier in every way, financially, mentally, and emotionally. And that doesn't even begin to touch your business and personal relationships. Put personal touch back into your business and you will be able to go to bed with a clear conscience, when you treat people with respect, and integrity. This will be more work, but it will be what pays off in the end.

So please remember: When you say "Yes" to something you are saying "No" to something else.

Question by : How to transfer songs on ipod touch to computer? I just got a new computer and downloaded itunes & synced a few Cd's to it. But I'm afraid to sync it with my ipod-touch because I had bought songs on itunes FROM my ipod, and I don't want to lose all of those songs. I've tried using a few of those ipod transfer sites but it won't recognize any of the songs. Any suggestions? Best answer for How to transfer songs on ipod touch to computer?:

Answer by swirly s
If you bought songs on iTunes, they should be linked to your account and let you download them for free again. But as for getting songs off your iPod, thats next to impossible because of the way Apple uses DRM and all sorts of stuff.

[touch computer]
