I think the best computer from dell, brandmarks online and ASK THEM QUESTION . How many you want until you understand what you getting.

That is a pretty fair deal for a used desktop. GO FOR IT. Used computers have very little value, so people would just like to get something for them. Consider that you can buy BRAND NEW for about $ 500, and it will last 7 years. The old rig that you are buying is probably 3 years old already. That means that it might last you 3 years. So do you want AWESOME for $ 500, or LAME for under $ 100. It's your choice. Good luck and Happy Computing!

Well I think RAM and other things are perfect but i will suggest you to go for pentium processors as Celeron's performance is sluggish.

Yes - But (there always is a but isint it) No major editing dont look at massive (100 MB +) files and complex operations the m/c will go to sleep in a big way.

That PC is pretty good for going online but it will be struggling in photo-editing where you would need a faster processor.

Ask wether is has a preloaded OS, because that could set you back a bit if it is not, and ask them about the condition of the motherboard, if it as swollen caps or if they get blue screens. Your best bet is to buy new, because you really do get what you pay for.
