You can't download a bluetooth dongle, it's an actual piece of hardware that plugs into your computer. You can buy Bluetooth adapters for very cheap on ebay though, although if you're going to buy the bluetooth adapter, might as well buy the USB cord! :)

You can try Radio Shack or Best Buy to get the Bluetooth dongle and it comes with a driver install CD for about $ 40. I bought one for my G3 iMac running Mac OS X, plugged it into a USB port on my keyboard without installing any bluetooth drivers. You may have to but it's a painless process.
