Yes, that has been happened with me before..best thing you can do right now is download the software from some other virus-free computer (ie ur friends or any other computer u can get ur hands to)..and put the installer of the anti virus in a FlashDrive, then put it into the USB slot of ur PC and install the program..im sure it will work!..i say get some kind of free trial version of a good antivirus like AVG internet security or norton 360.. this is the AVG free trial link:- http://www.avg.com/download-trial and this is the norton list of trial softwares u can download:- http://shop.symantecstore.com/store/symnahho/en_US/ContentTheme/ThemeID.106300/pbPage.Trialware_en_US
