The HD3850 is very power-efficient-- It draws around 80 watts of power under full load. I have a Sapphire HD3870 (which is the same GPU as the 3850 but with faster video RAM and clock speed), and I've been running it no problems on a Seasonic S12-330W power supply. Unless you got some other components in your machine that draws a lot of power (like a RAID-5 array or something), your existing PSU should be good enough for HD3850.
