Tracking software as in what? Logging your IP address to tell where you are or keylogging to see what you type (used for getting passwords, user names, etc.) But I can guarantee there if you have a new computer there is no such software installed on it right out of the box. It is illegal and would cause A LOT of trouble to the manufacturer of your computer if they did such a thing. Just make sure to get Anti-Virus program installed (I suggest Avast http://www.avast.com) and a spyware program (I suggest SpyBot http://www.spybot.com).
