It can be compared to a mediocre desktop .but u can do all the normal day to day stuff with it and maybe play modern games on medium settings .the speed of the processor is 2.5 ghz .. :)

It's good as long as you don't plan on gaming. It'll do all basic tasks like word or internet surfing with ease. It's processor, a i5 460 m runs normally at 2.5 ghz, but can turbo boost to 2.9 ghz. It's overkill for that laptop seeing as it doesn't have a gaming video card, which is pretty much the only thing that requires so much power.
