Amazon.com is standard I would go to but I haven't bought a laptop, prefer PCs Wrote what is underneath before I realised you meant a computer and not computer games >.< amazon.com is great and cheap also there is a website called http://www.sold-out.co.uk/ but I am not sure if they a have US shipping or not. Also grab Steam - it is the main portal for a lot of games also you will be able to join a huge community, having said that most games now-a-days need steam anyway but it always has deals on and I have got away with some fantastic bargains!
