The one user recommended www.newegg.com. I've found that for monitors, that site is usually the cheapest but I also use www.Tigerdirect.com as well. Those are pretty much the two most popular techie sites I've seen and normally have the best prices for new equipment. Of course, you could go to ebay for a used one, but I'd be careful about that. Monitors normally have a specific shelf life, and you don't know how the previous owners have used it. I've had friends that bought used monitors only to have them fail within a few months.

Take the time to check out the new and refurbished ones at www.tigerdirect.com. It's worth your time. I bought a pretty good 19" to use with my laptop and have had no trouble with it.
