go to somewhere like dell.com and you can probably buy a really cheap tower there. sometimes a screen comes free which is just an added bonus. that would be your best bet.

go to ebay or try pc sites like newegg.com or geeksquad.com.....they have pleanty of things there u can look at....if i were u i would buy a barebones kit and build it...its not that hard and will be a lot cheaper for alot more pc
