You forgot to tell us which OS version. My answer is for 10.5.8 You first have to convert the iTunes files into images. Use iTunes Album Art Extractor, link below. Then just add them in System Preferences. System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver. Click the + sign to ad a folder. Navigate to: /Users /yourhomefolder /Music/iTunes /Album Artwork Put a check for "Change picture every ____ seconds."
