No they are a standard fitting. Well as long as you have room. If you have a small tower system like a micro atx you have to watch the size of the psu casing because sometimes they hit the motherboard. All atx psu's have either a 20 or 24 pin connector. You can use either because if you have a 20 pin connector in your comp, the 4 pins not needed just pull away on the psu plug. Very old pc's have a different connector but these have not been used since the nineties. 650 watt is just right for most graphics cards. Obviously it does not harm to go even bigger.

The 650 watt PSU will probably die in a few months. You have to get a higher rated power supply or a separate one for VGA.. You have 2 options 1. Buy a 700+ watt power supply 2. Why don't you just order the computer with the PSU you need installed. In many cases the case of the computer will be sealed with a sticker stating "Warranty Void If Broken". Good Luck
