Hi, you can actually do it yourself. Just download the malwarebytes software http://www.malwarebytes.org/ I recommend it since it removes viruses, spywares, adwares and what not. And also make sure you have your windows updated regularly. I'm an IT from Canada, just my two cents :)

Use good antivirus like Kaspersky, Norton or Avast. Setup the antivirus then update it and then scan your system. If your problem still exist then install a new operating system formatting your drive where you are installing. After installing setup antivirus and scan your system.
