Question by Ryan G: How do I fix computer frozen and startup? I don't know what happened. I restarted my computer then I got to the screen where I choose an account to log on to. But, the mouse won't move, the keyboard wont work, and the touch screen won't work on my computer at all. I have a Gateway touchscreen computer with windows 7. I really, really need help.
