go to newegg.com search for computers in the range of money that you want, they have really awesome computers for 400$ that will run your Sims3 on maximum settings, or you can buy a strong Office Computer for about 300$ at least that will still run Sims3 on about medium But don't forget you also need a monitor, also look at the reviews when you are shopping for a PC
