1)desktop-> right click 'my computer' -> properties->disk clean 2)window washer by webroot, cleans index.dat files which can not be deleted while logged in, it will clean when logout and relogin or restart 3) control panel-> add/remove applications, sort by SIZE uninstall what is not used or necessary
