In fact everything about gaming consoles is plug and play. Playing on a console can be much easier as well since it can be plugged in anywhere. Whether you want to play on the floor or on the couch it is easy.

On the down side, a gaming console is limited. All you can do is play games and possibly watch videos. Other than that you may not have any other us e for it. It is also not upgradable. If you want something better then you need to buy the next model or a different console.

Computers The great thing about computers is that it allows you to do more than just play games. You can upgrade it anytime that you want. By adding memory, changing the audio and or video card you can get a better gaming experience. Of course if you own a computer that is built for gaming then the graphics and sounds can be far superior to that of a gaming console. There are also a lot of games that are available for computers.

Consequently computers can be more complicated to use. Just installing a game can already take a good thirty minutes or more. It may also include some technical know how to get things running smoothly. Not to mention that they cost a lot more than consoles. This is especially true if you want a computer or laptop that is built for gaming.

In the end, the choice between a computer or a gaming consol e is entirely up to the user. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. Regardless having one is better than none!
