You can barely get an 8 year old computer for $ 150. In the past decade prices for computer have gone from the thousands to the hundreds. Because of this, many people dont want to part with their old systems for less than what they "think" is fair. You can get a brand new computer for around 200 - 400 bucks. Happy shopping. BTW ... The guy above me must have a stick up his *expletive*. Why does he get so angry?

I suggest you look for a mom-and-pop type computer store around you. They often take trades and clean them up and offer them for a fair price. Problem buying online is the price of shipping. You can also look on Craigslist for puters around you that you can go pick up in person. That way you'll be able to get more for your buck rather than spending 1/3 of your budget on shipping.

I got a 500Mhz P3, 12 GB HD, and ethernet with Windows 2000 and 192 MB RAM for $ 30! Try going to a local c omputer show or try ebay for a good deal! But I dont know what airdogsp... problem is. 1960 specs would be 384 KB RAM 1.4 Khz CPU and 500KB Hard drive with no operating system, only a paper card reader! And it could run Windows XP jacka$ $ ! Windows 3.1 could not run on that PC, because there is too much memory to address that is not possible with a 16 bit OS. DONT LISTEN TO airdogsp... he knows nothing!
