you could not have enough memory to support your web cam. or your webcam is faulty. Is the blue screen a quick flash with writing on or a long blank one. If its short ,and you can't read it, make a video and then skip through the video frame by frame to see what it says, it there is a STOP code on it, then yeah its most likey a hardware problem or software problem. again, it could all be your webcam, if there is an error or stop code on the blue screen google the code and you chould be able to find out what is wrong
