IBuyPower.com is probably the cheapest that you're going to get if you want alot of choices. You could also consider picking out parts on a website like newegg.com and having a local computer shop build it for you. You have to make sure that all the parts you order will work together though. Also see if there's a Microcenter near you. They sell tons of computer parts and they build PCs for people too but I don't know how expensive they are.
