Lens cleaning solution or just a damp cloth. Avoid water in excessive amounts. Gently wipe dry with a lint-free cloth. Works for me.

Your best bet is to use water to dampen, not wet, a soft cloth. Then just wipe down the screen and then blow on the screen so it dries before the water leaves streaks. Don't use ANY solvents unless you are forced to. Solvents like rubbing alcohol, ammonia (window cleaner) and others will dry the screen out over time and cause discoloration. They are ok to use once or twice on tough marks, but should not be used more than that.

I use windex. Found at WALMART probably about 10.00 or less. Also I use eye glasses cloth. It works the best. won't cause a scratch. ALSO found at WALMART 10.00 Or less

if you mean a flat panel screen just get some warm water and put some dish washing liquid in it just a drop will do. Use a soft cloth and clean your screen and dry it with a sepperate soft cloth. A regular old class monitor use some windex window cleaner and some paper towels.

I will typically use a very mild soap solution or even the little pre-moistened towelettes that are available. I usually carry a few of those around in my computer bag for such purposes. Be sure to dry it off immediately with a dry paper towel so it does not streak the screen.

Eyeglass lens cleaner with cotton or damp cotton with warm water. Squeeze the cotton gently before using. After that, wipe clean with 100% cotton cloth or kleenex. Don't use Windex. It's definitely not adviceable. I've read about it somewhere. Monitor screens are like plasma/flat tv screens. Sensitive and not cheap to replace.

Silk cloth is the best thing you can use to clean any sensitive screen !! always use DRY one !! for hard spots , clean without pushing too much , just do the cleaning process many times !
