Then pick it from list and it will show all the features and specifications. http://www.lenovo.com/us/en/?cid=USPIYH0001 The Lenovo Thinkpad 200x is for medical use. It does not show to have a CD/DVD drive or Blue Tooth but Blue Tooth can be added when ordered. You could buy and use a external CD/DVD drive but would be a hassle.

The 200x is an ultraportable, hence it has been made as thin and light as possible - so no optical drive. You can get a USB optical drive if you only use one rarely, or if you want a more elegant solution you can buy the slice for the system that will have an optical drive.
