What kind of computer? For a PC look in Control Panel, Programs, to see what can be removed. Usually people just want to know if you can open XLS, DOC, and JPG.

Go to start...click on control pannel,,,go to add remove programme..there you will see list of installed softwares.This list of include those softwares which are installed on this machine.The softwares that are included in windows are not shown here.
