You can't. You have to download the drivers to your computer then burn them to CD using a Software (Nero Burnin Rom for example).

Download the drivers to the hard drive of a system that has an optical disc writer. (CD-RW) Burn the files to disc, and mount the disc in the Compaq. A thumb drive is easier.
