With all of the surfing and working on the computer we do today, no one has time to wait on a slow computer. I will tell you what cause a computer to be slow and 3 things you can do to fix it.

First, you might have a virus. While these are made public so much now, it is not as popular to hear how viruses have crashed systems. Although, they are still out there and must be prevented. You should have good antivirus software installed on your computer. If you do already, use it. Make sure you have the virus definitions updated, and this will prevent any of the viruses from getting in your computer. If a virus is on your computer, it could be running programs on your computer, in the background, without you even knowing it. This could be what cause a computer to be slow.

Another item is the spyware, or adware. Basically, with all of the using of the internet for information, directions, or whatever, it is ever increasingly likely you are getting s pyware installed on your computer without you even knowing. Some may be in the form of programs, others in the forms of cookies. You need to get rid of all of this stuff. Run an anti-spyware software and get this stuff off of your computer. This will help with the security and privacy of your computer, and where you have been on the internet. A good software will find these, and remove them for you.

Lastly, keep your registry files optimized. These files tell the computer how to operate certain programs and hardware. If the files are messed up, the computer is not sure how to do something. Then it just sits there thinking. This will definitely slow down your computer. Get a free scan of your computer and see if you have any errors. If you do, the software will fix them right then, and you will be on your way.

Those 3 things are what cause a computer to be slow: viruses, spyware, and registry problems. If you take the above actions, you can get your computer running at its original speed, and keep your security intact and privacy private.

According to ur interest and the knowledge you should try electronics engineering. because in electronics you will be able to learn hardware as well as software. and after electronics you can join the short term courses of C, C++ and JAVA..... This way you will be an Electronics Engg. as well as a Computer Engineer.

Both require a lot of math. Calc II and beyond. Programming just Calc II, engineering needs more But, engineering is the making of processors. Programming is well, programming. Both are very competitive fields to get into these days since its mostly outsourced these days. Considering, asians are good at math. So your best bet is to go into programming. Start with Linux, learn your way around and how to make programs in Linux since that's the basis of all pRograms. Otherwise, just become certified in IT. Less math, less school and similar ballpark. And, realistically, it makes equal or more money in the long run. Especially since you'll end up paying back hefty college loans after you graduate Hope that helps
