Delete everything you dont need from your computer.So that you have plenty harddrive space.The less junk in your computer the better it will run.Theres a process called de-frangmenting which also makes your computer run better but i dont know how to do it. As for cleaning the exterior I just use a damp (not wet) cloth just a little bit damp and give everything a good wipe. As for the computer screen use a little bit of cleaning foam give it a quick wipe with a damp cloth and then quickly dry it off with a dry cloth.U can use cif moose

Hi ! I suppose you are speaking about physical cleanliness .... Use a moist cotton cloth, dipped in mild soap and squeezed dry to wipe external chassis, monitor screen , and mouse. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust from keyboard and then wipe it clean... You can lift the keys a little using a screw driver and clean them if necessary ... Also , once in a month or two, open up your chassis and suck out all the dust gathered and clean the heatsink and chassis fans ... As far as speed is concerned, use a temp cleaner like CCleaner to clean the temp files , Eusing free registry cleaner to clean the registry ... Defragment your drives once in a week and run check disks once in a month ... Use lighter and smarter applications and remove unwanted applications from startup ...
